Players’ personal data may also be used by Scoresandoddscom to send messages related to the management of the Scoresandodds account to the player’s landline or mobile phone number, e-mail address or postal address. Scoresandoddscom may also contact the player by means of his e-mail address in order to offer him the opportunity to participate in studies relating in particular to the development of free bets and Scoresandoddscom products and services and on behalf of institutions involved in responsible gaming. If the player agrees to receive news from Scoresandoddscom partners, personal data concerning him may be transmitted to Scoresandoddscom partners. Scoresandodds will possibly communicate on its websites and/or applications, without any other indication, the first name of the players having obtained a gain greater than an amount determined by Scores and odds and the number of players having obtained, in a department or region, a gain at a determined game or a winning greater than the amount determined by Scoresandoddscom.
For security reasons, the personal data collected pursuant to these general conditions is kept by Scoresandoddscom during the life of the Scoresandodds account and 6 years after its closure. 4.8.6. Scores and odds may be required to collect personal information from the winners of a prize of an exceptional amount, in order to provide them with a welcome and personalized follow-up. The communication of this personal data is optional. Players are however informed that the failure to communicate this data has the consequence of not allowing the winners to benefit from the personalized support measures offered by Scoresandodds.blog.
